Fees and Enrolment Conditions
Fees are invoiced weekly in arrears. Fees are non-refundable if children do not attend on days that were booked. Any debt collection costs incurred recovering overdue fees are the responsibility of the parent concerned. Parents who are eligible may apply to WINZ for an OSCAR subsidy. Parents who apply for an OSCAR subsidy must pay full fees until the OSCAR subsidy application is approved and payments commence. It is the parent’s responsibility to negotiate any back-payment of subsidy by WINZ. Late pick up fees will apply if no notification of intended lateness is given – extension of booked hours can be made on the day and will be charged at a normal hourly rate per hour per child per session. ‘On the day’ extensions can be made subject to availability and charged at the standard hourly rate.
Before/After School Care Cancellations
We require 48 hours’ notice for any cancellations to booked days/hours.
We want to be as flexible as we can and understand that sometimes you can get caught up. All we ask is that you flick us a quick email or phone call to let us know that you’re stuck in traffic, finishing that email, or just generally running late.
With no notice of your lateness this can affect our staffing and a $15 charge will incur.
No late fee will be charged if notice is given of lateness – extension of booked hours will be charged at standard hourly rate normal hourly rate per hour, per child, per session.
